Yesterday Microsoft has launched Windows 10 in 190 countries as a free upgrade for all Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users. We have tested our disk catalog software WinCatalog (ver. 15.21) in both x64 and x86 versions and, as it was expected, it works fine!
If you upgrade from Windows 7, 8 or 8.1, no additional components should be installed.
If you use a fresh installation of Window 10 (instead of the free upgrade from Windows 7, 8 or 8.1), please download the latest maintenance update of WinCatalog (version 15.21), otherwise you will be asked to install .NET Framework 3.5 (it includes .NET 2.0) when a backup process will be launched for the first time on the new OS (you can always skip the installation and continue with using of uncompressed backups).
